I downloaded the new beta of the google internet browser (chrome) and currently I am typing this in a a new tab of chrome. My first impression? It is lightning fast, both at program start and at loading pages. If you open a new tab, your most often pages are shown and you can jump to one of them with one click.
It all looks very neat! Enough for now, I will play some more with it

IMO Google Chrome’s only advantage is its speed… It lacks the features of more powerful browsers like Maxthon, or even Firefox.
Interested to hear how you are finding it now
It seems Google is adding even more great features to their browser on every new release. I certainly hope those features will not take away any of the speed though, because it would make them lose when of their most important features. It wouldn’t surprise me if Google starts chopping at the IE market share in 2009 and the years to come.

Have they solved some of the initial problems that they originally had with it now? I don’t hear too many people talking about it anymore, so did you stick with it?
To be honest – I use Firefox again most of the time. The main reason is that there is a number of plugins for firefox that I use everyday, so I will probably stick with Firefox…
